Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Appointments are not required, but by making one ahead of time you will ensure that you can meet with a UC navigator.
Making appointments depends on which location you are going to. Please see below for more details.
North Philadelphia (CareerLink North)
You will need to go in-person to CareerLink North and ask the staff at the front desk to make an appointment with the UC Navigators.
West Philadelphia (4601 Market Street)

What documents do I need to bring?
To resolve your issue as fast as possible, please bring the following documents to your appointment (if you do not have them, that is okay):
- Social Security Card
- Driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Phone
- Log-in details of your email account.
- UC account login
- If you would like to receive your benefits through direct deposit, your account and routing number.
